We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Data Scientist to join our team at Fraser Health. Key Responsibilities- Provide technical direction and project oversight to a team of Data Scientists, ensuring clarity around priorities and goals.
- Guarantee best practices of data science, machine learning, and operations research techniques are applied to projects, including scalable deployment of AI solutions to clinical settings.
- Develop an annual strategic roadmap within assigned portfolios and programs, focused on driving transformational results through advanced analytics.
- Lead the design, development, quality assurance, deployment, and transition to support of Advanced Analytics solutions utilizing optimization and data science techniques.
- Liaise with internal and external partners to ensure effective utilization of cloud resources and alignment with business objectives.
- Support the development of user change management and workflow redesigns around ML/AI solutions.
- PhD degree in a quantitative field such as Operations Research, Data Science, Computer Science, or a related Engineering degree.
- Seven years' experience developing advanced analytics solutions, preferably in the healthcare industry, including two years' leadership experience.
