Field Operations Specialist

Roska DBO Inc. is actively seeking a skilled Field Operations Specialist to work in the oil and gas sector. This role is essential for our major client and requires a candidate who is based in the Strathmore/Drumheller area. The position allows for home returns each night, making local residency a prerequisite.

Key Responsibilities:
Oversee oil battery and field operations with a focus on safety and efficiency. Utilize expertise in refrigeration, dehydration, and plunger lift systems. Manage the operation of pumping oil wells, ensuring optimal performance. Conduct troubleshooting and maintenance of equipment as necessary. Maintain accurate production reporting and documentation.
Qualifications:
A minimum of 5 years of experience in oil and gas operations is preferred. Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset are essential. Self-motivated and results-driven individuals will excel in this role. Proficiency in computer applications related to production reporting is required. Must possess necessary safety certifications (e.g., First Aid, H2S). Ability to pass a pre-employment drug and alcohol screening. A valid Class 5 driver's license is mandatory.
