Key Responsibilities:- Work under the direction of a Registered Nurse or other designate to assist in delivering client care.
- Follow established care plans to provide personal care, including bathing, grooming, dressing, and assisting with meals and oral hygiene.
- Respond to client needs and report significant observations to the care team.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients and staff.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
- Grade 10 (including English 10) or equivalent.
- Successful completion of a recognized Health Care Assistant Program or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Eligibility for registration with the BC Care Aide & Community Health Worker Registry.
