We are a dynamic group of healthcare professionals seeking a dedicated Family Physician to join our team in Campbell River. Our clinic is located in the heart of downtown, offering a unique blend of urban and rural living.
Our Practice
We are a well-established family practice with a strong focus on patient-centered care. Our team includes two experienced family physicians, a nurse practitioner, and a part-time billing clerk. We work in a modern building with spacious exam rooms and a shared back office.
Opportunities for Growth
We regularly support learners and are accustomed to working with new graduates. This is an excellent opportunity for new-to-practice physicians to gain valuable experience and build their skills.
Flexible Scheduling
Clinic hours are flexible, with a mix of in-person and telehealth appointments. Option for telehealth to be undertaken from home if preferred. Scheduling can be suited to locums' preference as long as minimum manning of the office is met.
Benefits
May be eligible for additional remuneration in accordance with the Rural Subsidiary Agreement (RSA), including:
- Recruitment Incentive - $10,000
- Fee Premium - 6.09%
- Annual Flat Fee - $7,446
- Rural CME starting at $2,000/annum in year 3 & 4 in community, increasing to a maximum of $4,000/annum after 4 years
