We are seeking a reliable and organized individual to join our team at YEG Courier Ltd. as a Mail Dispatcher. In this role, you will be responsible for processing incoming and outgoing mail manually or electronically, answering inquiries, and completing forms regarding mail changes or loss.
Key Responsibilities- Process mail manually or electronically, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Respond to customer inquiries and complete forms related to mail changes or loss.
- Search directories to find correct addresses for redirected mail.
- Perform administrative tasks to support the mailroom operations.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
- Ability to handle heavy loads and work in a physically demanding environment.
- Organized and reliable with excellent communication skills.
