Position Overview
As a Laundry Attendant, you play a vital role in exceeding guest expectations by ensuring that linens are impeccably presented. Your contributions significantly influence the guests' initial impressions of our establishment. The overall satisfaction of our guests is closely linked to the cleanliness and quality of the linens provided.

Maintain a courteous, attentive, and professional demeanor during all guest interactions and effectively address any guest concerns. Ensure that guest linens, common areas, and storage spaces are kept in pristine condition for optimal first impressions. Prepare for shifts by organizing and stocking the laundry room, ensuring a supply of cleaning and laundry products, and maintaining cleanliness. Monitor and report maintenance needs for laundry equipment while keeping an accurate inventory of supplies. Respect guest property and privacy, adhering to procedures for lost and found items. Understand and implement all emergency protocols for the facility. Applicants MUST have reliable transportation, as public transit options are limited. Applicants MUST be available for shifts on both weekends and weekdays.Qualifications and Skills
Previous experience in laundry services, housekeeping, or hospitality is preferred. Proficiency in English is required. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality work.Work Environment
This role may involve extended hours and/or weekend shifts to accommodate business demands. The position is set in a dynamic environment that requires continuous physical activity and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. The role may also require independent work and the capability to lift items weighing up to 30 lbs.
