Key Responsibilities

As an integral member of our litigation practice group, you will engage in intricate litigation cases, advocating for our clients within the construction sector.

This position presents substantial exposure to a variety of construction-related disputes, offering invaluable experience and opportunities for professional advancement.

  • Oversee a varied caseload of construction litigation issues, including contractual disagreements, construction flaws, mechanic's liens, and other related matters.
  • Conduct thorough legal research and prepare legal documents such as pleadings, motions, and briefs.
  • Offer strategic guidance and counsel to clients regarding construction law, ensuring adherence to applicable laws and regulations.
Qualifications

Candidates should possess:

  • A degree from an accredited law institution.
  • A strong preference for 3-5 years of litigation experience at a reputable legal firm.
  • A minimum of two years of experience in construction litigation within the relevant jurisdiction.
  • Exceptional analytical, research, and writing capabilities.
