Hub Climbing Markham is a premier indoor climbing facility catering to enthusiasts of all skill levels, from novices to seasoned climbers.

We are currently in search of a qualified Lead Climbing Operations Supervisor to enhance our team on a full-time, permanent basis.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Overseeing, mentoring, and assessing both new and experienced personnel
  • Organizing and coordinating special events hosted by the facility
  • Evaluating climbing routes and providing constructive feedback
  • Conducting audits and addressing facility-related concerns
  • Collaborating with other branches for route setting and strategic initiatives
  • Maintaining communication with facility Directors and Managers

Qualifications:

  • At least 3 years of experience with Rock Gym Pro (RGP) software
  • A minimum of 2 years in a management or supervisory role, including route setting
  • At least 1 year of coaching experience with both adults and teenagers
  • Capability to lift 60-80 lbs for route setting and facility maintenance tasks

Cantonese language proficiency is considered an asset. We provide competitive benefits, including 10 vacation days and enrollment in a Health Spending Account. English is the primary working language.
