About the Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Hiring and Training: Recruit, train, and develop a team of sales associates to provide exceptional customer service and meet sales targets.
  • Merchandise Management: Order and receive merchandise, manage inventory levels, and maintain a visually appealing store display.
  • Customer Service: Ensure that customers receive a positive shopping experience, addressing their queries and resolving any issues promptly.
  • Store Operations: Oversee the maintenance of the store, including cleaning, repairs, and maintenance of equipment and fixtures.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and submit regular sales reports, analyzing sales trends and providing insights to inform business decisions.
  • Supervision: Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales associates, providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Cash Handling: Manage cash handling procedures, including counting and reconciling cash, and maintaining accurate records.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of retail management experience
  • Work Environment: Fast-paced retail environment with a focus on customer service
  • Work Setting: Retail business with a strong focus on sales growth and customer satisfaction
