About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Team Member to join our team at Tim Hortons. As a Team Member, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service, preparing food and beverages, and maintaining a clean and welcoming restaurant environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Guest Service: Take orders from guests with exceptional hospitality through friendly attitude, attentive behavior, and strong product knowledge.
  • Food Preparation: Prepare different types of beverages according to standards, including marking lids and pots. Prepare food items such as bagels, wraps, sandwiches following proper builds, as well as maintaining food safety standards.
  • Cleaning and Maintenance: Ensure all showcase specifications are met. Clean the production area and back of the house area on a daily basis. Maintain a clean Restaurant interior, exterior, parking lot, dining room, and restrooms.
  • Inventory Management: Receive and store inventory in BOH during delivery, as well as stock up items in FOH daily.
  • Teamwork: Demonstrate a passion for hospitality and creating exceptional guest experiences. Work efficiently with a sense of urgency to fill orders and meet guests' needs.
Requirements
  • Customer Service: Have a passion for serving, making food and beverages, and good time management.
  • Teamwork: Enjoy working with a successful team in a safe environment.
  • Communication: Have a strong work ethic, be punctual, and responsible.
  • Education: Have or pursuing a post-secondary diploma in Hospitality management or related fields is an asset but not required.
