Job Overview

PepsiCo is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Account Merchandiser. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for merchandising Pepsi products into store shelving, racks, coolers, and displays using manual or powered equipment.

About the Role

In this role, you will work collaboratively with the Account Sales Representatives and Delivery teams to provide top-quality servicing of all Pepsi accounts. Your responsibilities will include:
  • Merchandising Pepsi products into store shelving, racks, coolers, and displays using manual or powered equipment
  • Supporting execution of store promotions by ensuring all shelves are filled and promotional materials are maximized
  • Working collaboratively with the Account Sales Representatives and Delivery teams to provide top-quality servicing of all Pepsi accounts
  • Maintaining back-room stock in neat and orderly condition
  • Rotating out expired products to ensure freshness of Pepsi products

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:
  • A High School Diploma, Professional Studies Diploma, or Equivalence
  • A valid Driver's License and access to your own vehicle
  • Physical fitness (lifting large items up to 50 lbs. is part of the job)
  • Excellent time management skills
