Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Full Time Package Delivery Supervisor at CB Canada. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for leading and supervising a team of package handlers and drivers to ensure efficient and safe delivery of packages.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Team Leadership: Lead and supervise a team of package handlers and drivers to ensure they are meeting performance and safety standards.
  • Training and Development: Provide training and development opportunities to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Problem Solving: Identify and resolve problems related to package delivery, including issues with packages, drivers, and customers.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with team members, drivers, and customers to ensure smooth delivery of packages.
  • Quality Control: Monitor and maintain high standards of quality control to ensure packages are delivered safely and efficiently.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent international qualification.
  • Experience: Previous experience in a supervisory or management role, preferably in a logistics or transportation company.
  • Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
