Job Title: Dishwasher

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Dishwasher to join our team at Montana's BBQ & BAR. As a Dishwasher, you will play a critical role in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our kitchen and dining areas.

Responsibilities:
  • Operate dishwashers to wash dishes, glassware, and flatware to the highest standards of cleanliness and sanitation.
  • Sanitize and wash dishes and other items by hand, ensuring that all surfaces are free from food residue and bacteria.
  • Clear and clean tables, trays, and chairs, and restock them with clean linens and utensils.
  • Carry and replace linen, and handle and store cleaning products in a safe and efficient manner.
  • Receive, unpack, and store supplies in refrigerators, freezers, cupboards, and other storage areas.
  • Remove kitchen garbage and trash, and sweep, mop, wash, and polish floors to maintain a clean and safe environment.
  • Work collaboratively with our kitchen staff to ensure that all areas of the kitchen are clean and organized.
