Food Service Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at B Boyz. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our food service operations.
Key Responsibilities:- Requisition food and kitchen supplies to maintain high-quality standards
- Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures to ensure a safe working environment
- Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation to minimize waste and optimize inventory
- Hire and supervise food service staff to ensure excellent customer service
- Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards by conducting regular quality checks
- Address customer complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner
- Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage to inform inventory management decisions
- Prepare and submit reports to management on a regular basis
- Develop and maintain knowledge of the establishment's culinary genres to provide expert recommendations
- Supervise and check delivery of food trolleys to ensure timely and efficient service
- Establish work schedules to ensure adequate staffing and minimize overtime
- 1-2 years of experience in a food service supervisory role
- College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1-2 years
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift heavy objects
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask
