Key Responsibilities
  1. Motivate and mentor Team Members to achieve high levels of productivity and customer satisfaction.
  2. Provide support with regular team meetings and coaching sessions to ensure team members are equipped to handle daily operations.
  3. Coach and train Team Members to maintain the highest level of productivity and quality standards.
  4. Handle Team Member and customer issues in a professional and timely manner.
  5. Uphold company policies and procedures, including health & safety, food safety, and loss prevention.
  6. Merchandise, manage inventory, and schedule to meet financial objectives and drive business growth.
  7. Provide exceptional customer service to all Team Members, Customers, and Vendors.
Requirements
  1. Minimum of 1-year experience in a deli department with a solid understanding of product knowledge.
  2. Strong customer service skills and the ability to build relationships with Team Members and Customers.
  3. Ability to lead, coach, motivate, and work in a fast-paced environment.
  4. Strong computer skills and ability to quickly learn new systems.
  5. Ownership to resolve issues with a sense of urgency.
  6. Effective communication and listening skills.
  7. Strong creativity skills and ability to create eye-catching displays.
  8. Ability to role model and inspire behavior consistent with our values.
Work Environment
  1. Work is performed in a store retail environment.
  2. Must be available to work days, evenings, and weekends.
  3. Travel is required to support off-site events.
