Food Service Manager

Cold Lake Restaurant Limited Partnership is seeking a skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our kitchen operations, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of our food service establishment.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring high-quality standards are met.
- Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures to maintain a safe and healthy work environment.
- Estimate ingredient and supply requirements for meal preparation, ensuring efficient use of resources.
- Hire and manage food service staff, including cooks, servers, and kitchen helpers.
- Establish work schedules and ensure that food and service meet quality control standards.
- Prepare and submit reports on sales, stock, and wastage to inform business decisions.
- 1-2 years of experience in a food service establishment, preferably in a supervisory role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with staff and customers.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with tight deadlines and high pressure.
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods, lift heavy objects, and perform manual tasks.
