Retail Store Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Store Manager to join our team at Sterling Paints Inc. As a key member of our retail operations, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of our retail store, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities- Store Operations: Manage the overall store operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and store maintenance.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that customers have a positive shopping experience.
- Sales and Revenue: Drive sales growth through effective sales strategies, promotions, and customer engagement.
- Team Management: Supervise and coach a team of sales associates, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet their sales targets.
- Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels, including ordering, receiving, and stocking merchandise.
- Loss Prevention: Implement and maintain loss prevention measures to minimize shrinkage and protect company assets.
- Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and analyze sales reports, providing insights to senior management to inform business decisions.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of retail management experience.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 35 to 40 hours per week.
This is a permanent, full-time position working in a retail business environment. The ideal candidate will be able to work under pressure, have attention to detail, and be able to distinguish between colors. The role requires a combination of sitting, standing, and walking.
