About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Retail Merchandiser to join our team at Neptune Retail Solutions. As a Retail Merchandiser, you will be responsible for ensuring that our products are displayed in a visually appealing and effective manner in our retail stores.

Key Responsibilities
  • Product Placement: Arrange products according to planograms to maximize sales and customer engagement.
  • Supplier Management: Establish and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure timely and efficient delivery of merchandise.
  • Inventory Management: Oversee the distribution of merchandise to outlets, ensuring that stock levels are maintained and that products are rotated regularly.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service to customers, responding to their queries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma is required for this role.
  • Work Setting: This role is based in an urban area, with the possibility of working in various locations.
  • Computer and Technology Knowledge: Proficient in using the internet, MS Excel, and MS Word.
  • Security and Safety: A criminal record check is required for this role.
  • Transportation/Travel Information: Own transportation is required, with a valid driver's license and willingness to travel.
  • Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with tight deadlines and repetitive tasks.
  • Personal Suitability: Accurate, client-focused, efficient interpersonal skills, excellent oral and written communication, flexibility, initiative, judgment, organized, and a team player.
