Operations Supervisor Role

We are seeking a skilled Operations Supervisor to join our team at Cleantech Service Group Limited. As an Operations Supervisor, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our equipment and processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Train and develop our team members to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
  • Prepare and submit reports to management on a regular basis, highlighting key performance indicators and areas for improvement.
  • Ensure that all equipment is properly maintained and operated in a safe and efficient manner.
  • Resolve work-related problems and provide technical advice to team members to improve productivity and product quality.
  • Coordinate and assign work tasks to team members, reviewing their progress and providing feedback.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
  • Develop and implement work schedules and procedures to optimize productivity and efficiency.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
  • Permanent employment.
  • English language proficiency.
  • 40 hours per week.
