Job Title: Assistant Cook

We are seeking a skilled Assistant Cook to join our team at King Tandoori Bar and Grill. As an Assistant Cook, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking complete meals or individual dishes and foods, inspecting kitchens and food service areas, supervising kitchen staff and helpers, maintaining inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment, and cleaning kitchen and work areas.

Work Setting:

Our restaurant is a fast-paced and dynamic environment where you will work closely with our experienced chefs and kitchen staff to deliver high-quality food to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods
  • Inspect kitchens and food service areas
  • Supervise kitchen staff and helpers
  • Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment
  • Clean kitchen and work areas
Requirements:
  • No degree, certificate or diploma required
  • Will train
  • Work Term: Permanent
  • Work Language: English
  • Hours: 40 hours per week
