- To respond professionally to incoming calls and establish a trusting relationship with clients.

Required Competencies
- Fluency in French.
- Proficiency in English is a bonus.
- Minimum 1 year of sales experience.
- Dynamism, diplomacy, and good listening skills, because, after all, it's customer service
- Intermediate computer skills.
- Access to high-speed internet (minimum 30 Mbps download and upload speeds).
Required Availability
Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM to 9:00 PM, Saturday and Sunday, 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM.
Permanent employment.
Hourly wage: $17.00 to $18.00.
