About the Role:

Clio is seeking a highly skilled Software Development Manager to lead our Reporting Team. As a key member of our technical leadership team, you will be responsible for guiding the development of our software applications and ensuring they meet the highest standards of quality and reliability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the triad to understand business challenges, identify opportunities, and craft a roadmap for the team.
  • Work with the team to prepare architecture documents for upcoming projects.
  • Break down projects into deliverable chunks of work and provide guidance to team members.
  • Provide feedback on code reviews, architecture documents, and other technical decisions.
  • Hold 1:1 meetings with direct reports to support their career growth and development goals.
  • Review code contributed by team members or other developers.
  • Work with other developers to build and maintain scalable and reliable software systems.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of experience in software development.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
