Job Title: Assistant Manager

We are seeking an experienced Assistant Manager to join our team at Setters Neighbourhood Pub Ltd. As an Assistant Manager, you will be responsible for supporting the Store Manager in the day-to-day operations of the store, including managing staff, controlling daily operations, and evaluating sales performance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage Staff: Supervise and train staff members to ensure they are meeting sales targets and providing excellent customer service.
  • Control Daily Operations: Oversee the daily operations of the store, including inventory management, cash handling, and customer service.
  • Evaluate Sales Performance: Analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement, and make recommendations to the Store Manager.
  • Plan and Organize: Assist the Store Manager in planning and organizing daily operations, including scheduling staff and managing inventory.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a retail environment.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and leadership skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and strong analytical skills.
