Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Sustainability Data Analyst to join our team at Dream. As a key member of our sustainability team, you will play a critical role in driving our sustainability strategy forward by providing data-driven insights and recommendations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze sustainability data from various sources.
  • Develop and maintain large datasets, ensuring data quality, consistency, and integrity.
  • Design and implement data visualization tools using Power BI to support sustainability reporting and decision-making.
  • Conduct in-depth analysis of building sustainability performance metrics, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
  • Engage with stakeholders to communicate findings and recommendations, driving business decisions and sustainability initiatives.
  • Support the development of sustainability reports, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging sustainability issues and trends, providing strategic recommendations to inform our sustainability strategy.
Requirements
  • 3-5 years of experience in environmental, sustainability, or ESG fields.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, data management, and Power BI.
  • Experience with programming, SQL, or database management is an asset.
  • Commercial real estate or property management experience is preferred.
  • Basic understanding of emissions reporting, GRI, TCFD, and SASB is an asset.
  • Proven ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholder groups and communicate complex data insights effectively.
