Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Aircraft Maintenance Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the airworthiness of our aircraft, conducting routine maintenance and repairs, and adhering to regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Inspect and certify replacement parts before installation to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Conduct routine maintenance and repairs on aircraft, including inspections, troubleshooting, and repair of mechanical and electrical systems.
- Train and mentor personnel on maintenance procedures and best practices.
- Conduct inspections and checks as required to ensure the airworthiness of our aircraft.
- Maintain valid training and compliance with policies and procedures.
Requirements:
- Valid TCCA AME (M2) license.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in aircraft maintenance.
- Experience with commercial or military aircraft.
- Line maintenance experience preferred.
Skills:
- Ability to work independently and solve complex problems.
- Effective communication skills in English; knowledge of German is an asset.
- Team player with a positive attitude.
- Ability to meet deadlines and provide excellent customer service.
Work Environment:
- Short/long-term assignment in a global location.
- Access to Canadian Controlled Goods Program required.
