Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and goal-oriented Financial Services Advisor to join our team at CIBC. As a key member of our Personal and Business Banking team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional client service and building strong relationships with our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Meet with clients to understand their financial needs and provide personalized solutions to help them achieve their goals.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our clients' financial situations and provide tailored advice to help them make informed decisions.
  • Work collaboratively with our team to identify opportunities to deepen client relationships and grow our business.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and regulatory requirements to ensure our clients receive the best possible service.
Requirements
  • 2-3 years of experience in providing financial advice to clients and achieving sales results through advice-based conversations.
  • Current accreditation and good standing in Mutual Funds License (Canadian Securities Course or Investment Funds in Canada) and CIRO-MFD licensing.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
