We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Long Term Care Assistant to join our team at Shannex Incorporated. As a key member of our care team, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care and support to our residents.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide one-on-one support and companionship to residents
- Assist with daily activities, such as eating, bathing, and dressing
- Support residents with recreation programming and social activities
- Monitor and maintain infection prevention and control policies and procedures
- Perform light housekeeping duties for residents
We are looking for a candidate who is passionate about delivering high-quality care and support to our residents. You will have a post-secondary education, valid CPR/First Aid training, and experience working in a healthcare environment. You will be available to work shifts on days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
