Qualifications- Education: Completion of secondary school is required.
- Experience: A minimum of 1 year and up to 2 years of relevant experience in a supervisory role within the food service industry.
The work environment can be characterized as:
- Noisy

The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Developing and implementing methods to meet work schedules.
- Supervising and coordinating the activities of staff involved in food preparation and portioning.
- Training staff on job responsibilities, sanitation practices, and safety protocols.
- Ensuring that food quality and service standards are consistently met.
- Addressing and resolving customer complaints and concerns.
- Maintaining accurate records of inventory, repairs, sales, and waste.
- Preparing and submitting operational reports.
- Overseeing the assembly of food trays and the delivery of food trolleys.
- Establishing work schedules for team members.
This position will involve supervising a team of approximately 3-4 individuals.
Work ConditionsThe role requires the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, including:
- Working under pressure
- Engaging in a combination of sitting, standing, and walking
- Standing for extended periods
- Bending, crouching, and kneeling as necessary
