Data Scientist Role at Electronic Arts

We are seeking a talented Data Scientist to enhance our global operations at Electronic Arts. In this role, you will collaborate with exceptional professionals to develop data-driven products and solutions tailored for live service applications across all EA franchises. Candidates with a Ph.D. or Master's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, or Computer Science, along with experience in recommendation systems, personalization, matchmaking, and predictive modeling, are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work alongside game development teams to create data science solutions for live services
  • Support the adaptation of products across various titles
  • Design and oversee project methodologies within your area of expertise
  • Ensure robust experimental design and sound methodologies
  • Effectively communicate data science initiatives to stakeholders
  • Enhance data processing pipelines utilizing diverse tools
  • Provide mentorship to junior team members

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 4 years of experience in data analysis and statistical modeling
  • Proficiency in Python, SQL, PyTorch/TensorFlow, and cloud platforms such as AWS or GCP
  • Exceptional communication abilities
  • Experience in the gaming industry is advantageous
