Job SummaryWe are seeking a skilled Baker to join our team, responsible for producing high-quality bread products using traditional techniques and wholesome ingredients.
Key Responsibilities- Plan and execute production to meet customer demands, ensuring timely completion of orders.
- Operate and maintain equipment safely, adhering to company protocols.
- Prepare and knead dough, shape and divide it, and bake products to meet quality standards.
- Ensure compliance with company recipes, manufacturing techniques, and occupational health and safety policies.
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve production goals and maintain a clean work environment.
- Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.
- Minimum DEP in bakery or equivalent experience.
- At least 2-3 years of experience in a similar role, with a strong understanding of artisanal production techniques.
