We are seeking a talented Software Engineer to join our team at Trackforce Valiant + TrackTik, the world's largest physical security workforce management SaaS company. Our technology provides a single platform for physical security companies and corporations to manage their security workforce, improving response times, reducing administrative burdens, and lowering costs.

About the Role

You will collaborate with a skilled team of software developers to design, scale, and deliver new features and services. Work closely with the Tech Lead, Product Manager, and Scrum Master to ensure efficient delivery and maintain a healthy team dynamic. Champion best practices in both design and coding, with a strong emphasis on quality, organization, and automation.

Requirements
  • Experience with modern PHP frameworks, preferably Symfony
  • Experience building REST APIs
  • Knowledge of Node JS and TypeScript is a plus
  • Practical experience optimizing relational databases, preferably MySQL
  • Experience writing tests (Unit, Integration, and Functional tests)
  • Experience working in an agile environment/squad
  • Ability to lead by example, influencing and mentoring junior developers
  • Good communicator, you understand your job goes beyond only coding your tickets
