Job Description

The Chief Technology Officer is a key member of the CANUS ADVISORS LTD. leadership team, responsible for driving the company's technology strategy and ensuring the development and implementation of innovative technology solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute the company's technology strategy to drive business growth and innovation.
  • Oversee IT operations, software development, and infrastructure management to ensure seamless delivery of technology services.
  • Lead the adoption of new technologies to enhance business performance and stay ahead of the competition.
  • Ensure the security and integrity of IT systems and data, protecting the company's assets and reputation.
  • Collaborate with other executives to align technology with business objectives and drive strategic decision-making.
  • Manage technology budgets and optimize resource allocation to maximize ROI.
  • Drive innovation and digital transformation initiatives to stay ahead of the curve and capitalize on emerging trends.
  • Lead and mentor the technology team to foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and excellence.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • Proven experience as a CTO or in a senior technology leadership role.
  • Strong understanding of current and emerging technologies, including cloud computing, artificial intelligence, and cybersecurity.
  • Excellent leadership and project management skills, with the ability to drive cross-functional teams and deliver results.
  • Experience in strategic planning and technology innovation, with a track record of driving business growth and transformation.
