About the Opportunity

The City of Prince George is seeking a skilled Lifeguard/Instructor to provide lifeguarding functions, instruct swimming lessons, and assist in the operation of an aquatic facility.

This role involves ensuring the safety and wellbeing of customers, supervising swimming activities, and responding to customer requests and concerns.

About Your Background

Applicants must have completed Grade 10 and hold current certificates in National Lifeguard Award, Lifesaving Society Swim for Life Instructor, and Standard First Aid/CPR-C/AED.

Additional certifications such as Lifesaving Instructor Award and Certified BCRPA Aquafit Instructor are considered an asset.

What We Offer

The City of Prince George offers a competitive wage of $27.90 per hour plus 12% in lieu of benefits.
