About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Field and Infusion Nurse to join our team at CB Canada. As a Field and Infusion Nurse, you will play a critical role in providing patient-focused care and support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administer medications and infusions in various settings, including patient homes and clinics.
  • Assess and monitor patients' conditions, providing necessary documentation and reporting adverse events.
  • Provide education and support to patients and caregivers on medication and treatment protocols.
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination and communication.
  • Travel to clinics and patient homes within a designated geographical area to provide services.
Requirements
  • Current registration as a Registered Nurse with a valid license.
  • 1 year of experience in IV initiation and infusion therapy.
  • ACLS, PALs, MS, and CVAA certification, and central venous lines/port experience are considered assets.
  • Proficient in MS Excel, Outlook, and MS Word, with excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Able to work autonomously and as part of a team, with strong organizational and time management skills.
