Job Title: Automotive Mechanic

We are seeking a skilled Automotive Mechanic to join our team at County Automotive. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing complex vehicle issues.

Responsibilities:
  • Diagnose and repair vehicle problems using advanced diagnostic tools and techniques.
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks such as oil changes, tire rotations, and brake pad replacements.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to resolve complex technical issues.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest industry developments and technologies.
Requirements:
  • Automotive Service Technician Trade Certification.
  • Automotive Service Technician (Steering, Suspension and Brakes) Trade Certification.
  • Driver's Licence (Class 2 or B or C).
  • Automotive Service Technician Red Seal Certificate.
  • Level three apprenticeship training.
  • Level four apprenticeship training.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with engine repair, 4-wheel drive, electrical and electronic systems, diagnostics, alignment, steering and suspension, brake system, hydraulic system, fuel and emission system, ignition and electrical system, standard transmission, engine repair and overhaul, drive train components, welding, imported vehicles, front end components, and HVAC system.
  • Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
