As a Civil Engineering Technician specializing in Road Oversight, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful execution of our projects, contributing to the collective good and the overall success of the organization.
Your initial assignment will involve a significant highway development project. Your primary responsibility will be to verify that the construction adheres to the established plans and specifications.
Specifically, your duties will include:
- Generating comprehensive and photographic documentation of site activities;
- Measuring and reconciling quantities in collaboration with contractors;
- Adhering to safety regulations in effect at the site;
- Participating in project meetings.
Qualifications and Attributes for Success
Your application will be particularly appealing if you possess the following qualifications:
- A college diploma (DEC) in civil engineering;
- A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience;
- Experience in consulting engineering is advantageous;
- A general health and safety certification for construction sites (ASP);
- Familiarity with MTQ standards and regulations;
- AQTr training in traffic impact management during road works (STC-201) and supervision of road work signage (STC-102) is a plus;
- A valid driver's license and access to a vehicle.

What We Offer:

- Full-time regular position: 37.5 hours/week;
- Work schedule: minimum of 44 hours/week (distributed over 4 days of 11 hours);
