Job Title: Registered Veterinary Technologist

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Veterinary Technologist to join our team at Dalhousie Varsity Animal Hospital.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist veterinarians with medical procedures, including physical examinations, patient assessment, and anesthesia monitoring.
  • Prepare and maintain patient records, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Provide exceptional care for hospitalized patients and their pet parents, demonstrating empathy and understanding.
  • Manage multiple priorities simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and maintaining a calm and composed demeanor.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless patient care and a positive work environment.
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to enhance skills and knowledge.
