Job SummaryWe are seeking a seasoned Senior Product Manager to drive a consumer-grade user experience and revolutionize software within large financial institutions. As a key member of our team, you will lead a core group of engineers and designers to develop high-quality product experiences.
You will be responsible for owning the sell-side roadmap, priorities, outcomes, and execution. Your expertise will be instrumental in setting benchmarks for key sell-side workflows, identifying opportunities to invest, and generating excitement and buy-in internally and externally.
Key Responsibilities- Own and execute the sell-side roadmap, ensuring alignment with business objectives and user needs.
- Set and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for sell-side workflows, identifying areas for improvement and investment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop innovative product experiences that meet user needs and drive business growth.
- Regularly engage with users to understand their needs, desires, and opportunities, informing product development and strategy.
- At least 5 years of experience in product management, with a proven track record of building successful features or products.
- Fluency in product data, including quantitative metrics and qualitative user research.
- Experience in building and executing a roadmap, balancing user, business, and market needs.
- Successful experience in launching new features or products in a B2B setting.
- Strong understanding of continuous discovery, opportunity mapping, and assumption validation.
- Ability to apply strategic thinking to key product choices, driving progress toward an overall product vision.
