About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Farm Workers Supervisor to join our team at Greatland Farms LTD.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide agricultural crop services such as plowing, irrigating, cultivating, spraying or harvesting, ensuring high-quality produce and efficient operations.
  • Coordinate and supervise the work of general farm workers and harvesting labourers, promoting a safe and productive work environment.
  • Maintain quality control and production records, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed.
  • Supervise and oversee breeding and other livestock-related programs, ensuring the health and well-being of our animals.
  • Supervise and oversee growing and other crop-related operations, optimizing yields and minimizing waste.
  • Maintain work records and logs, providing accurate and timely information to management.
  • Perform general farm duties, contributing to the overall success of our farm.
