Position Overview

As a Customer Service Sales Associate at Elegant Apparel, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional service to our clientele while managing sales transactions effectively.

Qualifications
  • Education: Completion of secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.
  • Experience: A minimum of 7 months to less than 1 year in a retail environment is preferred.
Work Environment

This position is set within a clothing retail establishment, where you will engage with customers and assist them in their shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage cash register operations and handle sales transactions.
  • Utilize computerized inventory systems for record keeping and reordering.
  • Provide knowledgeable advice regarding our merchandise.
  • Assist in the presentation and display of products.
  • Facilitate online sales transactions through our e-commerce platform.
  • Estimate prices, terms of credit, warranties, and delivery schedules.
  • Welcome customers and discuss their needs for products or services.
  • Maintain accurate sales records for inventory management.
  • Prepare items for sale or rental.
Physical Requirements
  • Ability to handle heavy loads.
  • Capable of performing repetitive tasks.
  • Willingness to stand for extended periods.
  • Weight handling capacity of up to 9 kg (20 lbs).
