  • Food Preparation: Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods, ensuring high-quality presentation and flavor.
  • Customer Service: Prepare dishes for customers with food allergies or intolerances, and provide excellent customer service to ensure a positive dining experience.
  • Team Management: Supervise kitchen staff and helpers, and train them in preparation, cooking, and handling of food.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment, and order supplies and equipment as needed.
  • Cleanliness: Clean kitchen and work areas, and maintain a clean and safe working environment.
Requirements:
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Skills: Attention to detail, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and physical stamina to handle heavy loads.
Work Conditions:
  • Work Environment: Fast-paced kitchen environment with frequent standing and walking.
