Compensation Details

  • Maintain floor inventory effectively, including merchandising, restocking, and cleaning to ensure a top-notch shopping atmosphere for customers.
  • Process customer transactions, apply discounts, and handle returns with professionalism, promoting exchanges or alternatives to foster customer loyalty.
  • Stay informed about the latest Skechers product offerings.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Enjoys being part of a team and treats all colleagues with respect and positivity.
  • Prior experience in retail, dining, or hospitality is advantageous but not mandatory.
  • Availability should align with the store's operational needs.
  • Adaptable and driven to deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Strong attention to detail is essential.
