Key Responsibilities
  • Allocate resources effectively, including material, human, and financial assets, to implement organizational strategies and initiatives.
  • Authorize and oversee the creation of major departments and senior staff roles.
  • Coordinate operations across various regions, divisions, or departments to ensure alignment with company goals.
  • Set clear objectives for the organization and develop or endorse policies and programs that support these goals.
  • Establish robust financial and administrative controls; design and approve marketing campaigns; and oversee comprehensive human resources planning.
