About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Construction Laborer to join our team at Harkirat Construction Ltd. as a key member of our construction crew.

Key Responsibilities
  • Load and Transport Materials: Safely load, unload, and transport construction materials to and from job sites.
  • Erect and Dismantle Structures: Assist in the erection and dismantling of concrete forms, scaffolding, ramps, catwalks, shoring, and barricades.
  • Mix and Apply Materials: Mix, pour, and spread materials such as concrete and asphalt as required.
  • Perform Routine Maintenance: Conduct routine maintenance work to ensure the smooth operation of our construction equipment.
  • Clean Up Spills and Debris: Clean up chemical spills and other contaminants, and remove rubble and other debris from construction sites.
  • Direct Traffic: Direct traffic at or near construction sites to ensure the safety of our workers and the general public.
Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma is required for this role.
  • Experience: Willingness to train and learn on the job.
  • Language: English is the primary language of communication in this role.
  • Work Hours: 35 hours per week.
