About the Role
As a UX/UI Designer at Intact Financial Corporation, you will play a crucial role in crafting innovative digital experiences that meet the evolving needs of our customers. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team of professionals who are passionate about transforming the customer experience through design thinking, data science, and technology.
Key Responsibilities
- Craft human-centered experiences that drive business outcomes and customer satisfaction.
- Translate user needs and business requirements into engaging digital features and functionality.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, engineering, research, and marketing, to design and deliver customer experiences.
- Assess and optimize feature performance using data-driven design principles and customer feedback.
- Develop and maintain design systems and guidelines to ensure consistency and quality across digital products.
- Present design work to stakeholders and facilitate feedback and iteration.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a university degree in graphic design or a related field.
- Available to work 35 hours per week for the duration of the internship.
- Available to work from the office 2 days a week and from home 3 days a week.
- Must be returning to school in the following semester.
- Good knowledge of Figma, Adobe CC, and customer experience mapping tools.
- Creative skills and ability to participate in brainstorming sessions.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Bilingualism (French and English) is essential.
