About the Marketing Specialist Position at Spccard:

We're seeking a seasoned Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic team and play a pivotal role in steering our marketing efforts. As a Marketing Specialist, you'll be responsible for managing marketing campaigns, digital initiatives, and social media strategies, aiming to boost our company's visibility and engagement.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Marketing Campaign Process Management:
    • Develop and oversee marketing campaigns from start to finish.
    • Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities.
    • Analyze campaign performance metrics and adjust strategies accordingly.
    • Collaborate with designers to enhance the visual appeal of marketing assets.
  • Support Digital Marketing and Customer Service:
    • Create and optimize digital content to engage our audience.
    • Provide efficient customer service responses to ensure customer satisfaction.
    • Ensure digital content aligns with our brand voice and resonates with our target audience.
    • Implement SEO best practices for improved content visibility.
  • Social Media Management:
    • Work with our agency to maintain our brand image across social media platforms.
    • Develop strategies to boost our brand presence on social media.
    • Create engaging content for various social media platforms.
    • Monitor and manage social media interactions and communities.
  • Collaborate with Partnerships and Grassroots Marketing Team:
    • Build and nurture partnerships for joint marketing campaigns.
    • Engage in grassroots marketing activities and events to enhance our brand visibility.
    • Utilize partnerships to amplify our brand presence.
  • Lead the 'Center of Excellence' Team:
    • Provide guidance to ensure team alignment with company goals and objectives.
    • Oversee project timelines and resources for successful delivery.
    • Participate in fostering a culture of innovation and improvement within the team.
  • Additional Responsibilities:
    • Utilize analytics for data-driven decision-making.
    • Manage budgets and optimize spending to achieve marketing goals.
    • Collaborate with other departments for integrated marketing strategies.
    • Stay updated on industry trends to inform our marketing strategies.

  • Knowledge of student marketing is a plus.
