Key Responsibilities- Store Operations: Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales staff, manage inventory, and maintain a clean and organized store environment.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, respond to customer inquiries, and resolve any issues that may arise.
- Merchandising: Ensure that the store is well-stocked and visually appealing, and that all products are properly displayed and priced.
- Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels, monitor stock levels, and perform cycle counts to ensure accuracy.
- Team Management: Supervise and train sales staff, provide feedback and coaching, and ensure that all team members are meeting their performance goals.
- Financial Management: Manage cash handling, process transactions, and maintain accurate records.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a retail environment.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and strong problem-solving skills.
