What Will You Do?
As an Expert Floor Maintenance Technician, you will play a vital role in maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of our clients' facilities. Your responsibilities will include:
- Mastering industry-leading cleaning techniques to consistently deliver exceptional results.
- Operating advanced floor care equipment such as auto-scrubbers, ride-on machines, carpet extractors, and floor burnishing machines to perform periodic floor maintenance tasks including stripping and waxing, buffing, and burnishing hard floors, and carpet cleaning.
- Assisting with the movement of furniture and equipment to facilitate thorough cleaning and floor maintenance procedures.
- Supporting the loading, unloading, and delivery of cleaning supplies, consumables, and equipment.
- Providing outstanding customer service by addressing clients' unique needs and expectations.
- Potentially performing high-level cleaning tasks that may require the use of ladders or scaffolding.
What Do You Need?
- A genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
- A keen eye for detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
- The ability to adapt quickly and learn new skills effectively.
- Physical fitness and stamina to perform the demands of the job, including lifting up to 51 lbs.
- A valid G Class Driver's License.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift up to 51 lbs.
- Prolonged standing and/or walking throughout the workday.
- Flexibility to bend, stretch, lift, push, pull, carry, and climb stairs as required.
- Competence in operating equipment when necessary.
