About the Opportunity:
Lambton College of Applied Arts & Technology invites applications from qualified and passionate individuals interested in teaching Business – Accounting, Marketing and Operations courses. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating a positive teaching and learning environment, preparing and delivering course materials, and providing instruction in-person or online.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver engaging lesson plans and course materials
- Provide instruction and feedback to students in-person or online
- Assess and grade student work, providing detailed feedback
- Communicate effectively with students, faculty, and staff
- Follow the Academic Calendar and College policies and procedures
Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or equivalent, with a Master's degree in Business or related area considered an asset. Teaching experience is also an asset. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with students, faculty, and staff are essential. The successful candidate will be a team player with a student-centered teaching philosophy and a commitment to equity, diversity, and inclusion.
