As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in delivering an exceptional customer experience in our retail stores. Your passion for our brand and products will shine through in your interactions with guests, and you will be responsible for providing them with a world-class experience in the areas of product and culture.

Responsibilities:

  • Effectively communicate the features, benefits, and usage of our products to guests, ensuring they have a clear understanding of our offerings.
  • Contribute to achieving daily sales targets by providing exceptional customer service and promoting our products.
  • Stay up-to-date on in-store stock availability and maintain a clean and organized store environment.
  • Process stock from our warehouse, including unpacking, counting, and tagging, and ensure that merchandise is properly displayed and maintained.
  • Assist with restocking, pricing, and sale preparation duties as needed.
  • Ensure that items from the change rooms are returned to their designated areas and properly tagged.
  • Prepare merchandise for tailoring or alteration as required, and complete necessary documentation.
  • Utilize our Point of Sale system to process payments, refunds, and exchanges, and issue gift cards.
  • Participate in staff training and showroom events as scheduled.
